Thank you for purchasing from Makempay Academy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to course materials, all sales are final.

Once access is granted to a digital product or course, refunds will not be issued.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Film Study Services

Film study services are non-refundable once analysis has begun.

If you submit game footage and work has started, the service is considered fulfilled.

Mentorship Services

Mentorship payments are non-refundable once a mentorship period has started.

If you are enrolled in a recurring mentorship plan, you may cancel future billing at any time before your next billing cycle.

Cancellation will stop future charges but does not refund past payments.

Exceptional Circumstances

Makempay Academy reserves the right to issue refunds in rare or exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.
